BOYS CAMP
A Leadership Camp for Young Men
Boys Camp is a summer camp located in the stunning High Sierra. Boys ages 10–17 experience a week of educational growth, adventure, and camaraderie, and are led exclusively by male volunteers. Boys Camp offers a positive environment where campers connect with strong role models, build friendships, and develop essential life skills like teamwork, respect, and resilience.
Campers are organized into small groups of 6–8 to participate in various activities, fostering cooperation, teamwork, and mutual learning in a fun and safe setting. Activities include swimming, boating, fishing, archery, riflery, crafts, music, and engaging nature sessions. Evening campfire programs encourage fellowship through singing, storytelling, and bonding moments.
The program also features an overnight backpacking hike where campers learn outdoor living skills, fostering independence and personal responsibility. Daily community meetings provide opportunities for campers to share personal experiences, build connections, and reflect on their growth.
Each camper plays an active role in the camp’s smooth operation, taking on responsibilities that contribute to the camp community. Boys Camp is more than just a week in the outdoors—it’s a transformative experience that builds confidence, fosters lifelong friendships, and prepares young boys to embrace leadership with pride and purpose.
The program also features an overnight backpacking hike where campers learn outdoor living skills, fostering independence and personal responsibility. Daily community meetings provide opportunities for campers to share personal experiences, build connections, and reflect on their growth.
Boys Camp takes place at Camp Oljato, a scenic Boy Scout campsite located on the shores of Huntington Lake in the Sierra. To ensure a seamless experience, C.A.M.P. provides chartered bus service from San Francisco directly to Camp Oljato.
